Before joining our practical personal defense and situational awareness sessions in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, all students must complete and submit this signed waiver. Please review our safety guidelines, physical considerations, and submission details below.
Submission options and confirmation
Your safety and preparedness start before stepping onto the training floor. You can fill out and sign this release directly online, or download, print, and bring the completed physical document to your first class. Every waiver must be turned in prior to participating in any practical drills. Once submitted online, you will automatically receive a confirmation email to verify your status.
Age policies and guardian consent
Taigun Personal Defense welcomes trainees seeking grounded, realistic personal-safety awareness. However, participants under the age of 18 require an authorized parent or legal guardian signature on their waiver before taking part in any course. Minors without a fully executed guardian release will not be permitted to engage in hands-on instruction.
PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN VERIFICATION REQUIRED: A participant under 18 may not participate until the parent or legal guardian who signed this agreement has been verified by Taigun Self-Defense Course. The parent/legal guardian must present valid government-issued photo identification at the participant's first training session unless an alternative verification method has been approved in advance.
Health conditions and physical readiness
Our 10-hour course involves active movement, physical boundary enforcement, and realistic pressure drills. Participants must disclose relevant health histories prior to class, including joint replacements, heart conditions, or a history of trauma. Knowing your physical limitations ensures our instructors can offer a safe, responsible training environment for everyone.
